About us
We build product, we don’t sell hours
BK Modules comes out of keeping real stores running. Every module in the catalogue started as a problem that had to be solved once and then served many, which is why we write it, document it and maintain it ourselves. Today that software works every day in stores in several countries and in five languages.
Nothing resold
Every module in the catalogue was written by us. We do not resell third-party software, so when something breaks there is nobody to wait for: we open it, we fix it and the corrected version ships.

What we publish has already solved somebody’s problem before. BookFlowR, our booking software, came out of the same place: a job that outgrew PrestaShop.
Our services →One person to talk to
You write and the development team answers, not a first line that forwards it on. Whoever opens the module to see what is happening is the one who replies, and that is what shortens most incidents.
Tell us your case →What we believe
Six things we say that you can check: in the modules, on the blog, or by writing to us.
PrestaShop experts
Years inside PrestaShop: its code, its hooks and its database. Our modules run on this very website. And when the problem is not PrestaShop — the server, email that never arrives, a badly configured CDN — we know where to look too.
Custom development, inside and outside PrestaShop
A hook, an ERP integration, a different checkout. And beyond it: with Laravel we built BookFlowR, which gives a business its website with a booking engine and an AI chatbot that answers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We run it in production, with customers booking every day.
You talk to the people who wrote the code
Your question reaches the development team, not a first line that forwards it on. Whoever replies can open your store, read the module and tell you what is going on. Support for the module comes with the licence.
We fix the cause, not the symptom
A patch is cheap on day one and expensive every day after: it comes back with the next update, and by then nobody remembers why it was there. We would rather understand what fails and close it. And if what you need is already in the catalogue, we say so before quoting a development.
What you buy keeps working
Every new PrestaShop release means going back through the whole catalogue before it is your turn to update. When we publish a fix, it is there in your account with an active licence. And a store we built stays our business even if the project closed a long time ago.
The complicated ones
The 1.6 migration nobody wants to sign. The ERP that only speaks FTP. The store that goes down on Black Friday. If someone told you it can't be done, tell us about it.
How we work
Always the same, and in this order.
We look before we quote
We open your store and find what is actually failing. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need to buy anything, and we say that too — we do it often on the blog.
Fixed-price quote
One price and one date. If we got the estimate wrong, that's our problem.
A copy of your store first
We build it on a test copy and you see it working before it touches production.
We stay
When the project ends we keep answering. It is the part we care about most and the part you never see in a quote.
Frequently asked questions
Do you do custom development or only sell modules?
Both, in that order. The modules solve what we have seen repeat across hundreds of stores; custom development is for what only happens in yours. Before quoting we check whether it already exists, because that is usually cheaper for you.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, quite a lot. They bring us the PrestaShop side of their projects — modules, integrations, performance — and have their own terms in the catalogue. If you handle clients, write to us.
What happens if a module fails in my store?
You write and we look at it ourselves, with access to your store if needed. Support comes with the licence. If the fault is in the module we fix it, and the corrected version becomes available to every store using it, not just yours.
How fast do you reply?
The same working day almost always, and sooner if your store is down. Since the person replying knows the code, the first answer is usually the solution.
Which languages do you support?
We work in Spanish and English. The modules, their documentation and this website are also in French, Italian and German.
Do you build anything outside PrestaShop?
Yes. On Laravel we built BookFlowR, software that gives a business its website, its booking engine and an AI chatbot connected to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. If your project does not fit PrestaShop we will say so and suggest what to build it with.
